3. Processing of your personal data by Produktionsbüro Romey von Malottky GmbH

If we process your personal data on the basis of Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR, you have the right under Art. 21 (1) GDPR to object to the processing of these personal data at any time for reasons arising from your personal situation. We will then no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing by us serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.
